Shipping policy

Breatha currently ships orders within South Africa using The Courier Guy. We aim to ensure that your order arrives safely and efficiently. Please review the details below regarding processing and delivery times, shipping rates, and tracking information.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are prepared and packaged by hand.
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Processing time may be longer during:

  • Product restocks

  • High-volume periods

  • Public holidays or seasonal demand

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times typically range from:

  • 1–3 business days to major cities & metropolitan areas

  • 3–7 business days to outlying or rural areas

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Parcel weight/size

We do not provide free shipping by default unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link, or

  • A tracking number for The Courier Guy.

If you experience issues with tracking, please contact us directly and we will assist.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is accurate and complete

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel during delivery hours

Breatha is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to no one being available to receive the parcel

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying a second shipping fee to resend the parcel.

6. Local Pickup (Optional Section – tell me if you want this removed)

If you offer pickup, I’ll tailor this.
If not, we’ll delete it.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been handed to The Courier Guy, delivery is managed by the courier.

If a parcel is:

  • Marked as delivered but you have not received it

  • Delayed in transit

  • Lost in the courier system

Please contact us so we can assist in opening a support ticket with The Courier Guy.
We will work with the courier, but we cannot issue refunds for courier delays or delivery errors outside of our control.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
