Refund policy

At Breatha, we take great care in the creation and packaging of our herbal blends and digital products. Due to the nature of our offerings, some items are not eligible for return or refund. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

1. Herbal Blends & Consumable Products

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any herbal blends or consumable items, including:

  • Pre-made blends

  • Pick ‘n Mix custom blends

  • Loose herbs

  • Tea blends

  • Smoke blends

We cannot resell or reuse these products, therefore all sales of consumables are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue. Proof of the problem (photos, order number) will be required.

2. Digital Products

All digital products, including:

  • eBooks

  • Guides

  • Printable downloads

  • Worksheets

  • Digital art

are non-refundable once delivered, as there is no method to restrict or return digital access.

If you experience a file access issue or technical error, please contact us and we will ensure you receive the correct download.

3. Physical Non-Consumable Products (if applicable)

If we offer non-consumable retail products in the future (e.g., merchandise, accessories, tools), these may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • It is in resellable condition

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing from your parcel

  3. Clear photos of the issue

We will either:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue store credit, depending on availability

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once your order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
